2. Club registration and newsletter data processing

Data we process

Your name, email address, the date and version of your consent, and the unique discount code created for your registration.

Purpose of processing

To record Mi‑Be‑GM Club membership, provide the one-time signup discount, and send news, weekly menus, events and special offers.

Legal basis

Your voluntary consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, by emailing info@mibegm.hu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Retention period

We process your data until you withdraw your consent or the purpose of processing no longer applies. We handle withdrawal requests without undue delay.

3. Data processor and storage

We use Cloudflare services to operate the website and registration process. Registration data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The processor may access the data to the extent necessary to provide the service.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and exercise your right to data portability. You can submit your request to info@mibegm.hu.

5. Complaints and remedies

If you have a complaint about data processing, you can first contact the data controller. You may also seek a remedy through the courts or the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

6. Data security

The data controller and its technical service providers use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and loss.
